Return policy
Returns
Items may be returned up to 30 days after the date your order arrives. If you have multiple items, arriving at separate times, in separate packages, each item will have 30 days after that particular one(s) arrives. After 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, we will not issue a refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Cosmetics and personal care products like makeup (including foundations, lip sticks, mascara, eye liner etc), lotions, creams, oils, liquids of any kind, sprays either aerosol or non-aerosol, or lip balms, which do not have an original seal, either because the product was not manufactured with one, or because the original seal from the manufacturer has been removed, will not be available for return or exchange. This is because the standards of the product and it’s contents can not be guaranteed after it becomes the property of someone else in an unknown environment and to avoid tampering of any kind.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards are not available for return, refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate your return: See that it meets all the requirements listed above before initiating your return.
You must either email us at willowsinfo@gmail.com or provide a written or typed statement with your return package, stating the nature of your return including the cause for return ie. damaged item, wrong shade, or no longer needed, and whether you are requesting a refund, or exchange of the same item. You must provide contact information, either an email or phone number, so that we can respond to your request or for any more information.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. See shipping instructions below.
Shipping your return

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs involved in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your order total before a refund is issued if applicable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you request a refund for your return:
Once your return is received and inspected, which may take 1-5 business days after we receive your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -7 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after you received the item or order does not meet the requirements for return listed above.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, and it has been more than 5 business days since we notified you that we had issued the refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted that is out of our control.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you must let us know in your statement included with your return, or via email to willowsinfo@gmail.com
If your item meets all the requirements listed above, we deem it exchangeable, and the replacement product is available to ship, we will send your replacement product within 5 business days, shipped at our expense, and notify you via email that your item has been shipped with carrier information. Please allow up to 10 business days after that for the item to arrive, depending on shipping process. If after that time you do not receive your item, please email us at willowsinfo@gmail.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If we do not have the item available in stock to replace your item, we will contact you within 5 business days via email and you will have the choice for either a different version of the same item i.e different color, or print if available. If that is not available, you will have the option to choose another item of the same value, or to request a refund.
